1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering or using the iService Manager service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

iService Manager is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for internal management of inventory and services in mobile phone repair shops and spare parts wholesalers. The Service includes:

• Parts inventory management
• Service registration (B2C)
• Wholesale sales (B2B) - Premium plans only
• PDF invoice generation
• Reports and statistics
• User management

3. USER ACCOUNTS

3.1 Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 18 years old
• One person/business may have only one account

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We are not responsible for losses from account compromise

4. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PAYMENT

4.1 Plans

Combined Pricing: Any 2 modules = 15€/month, All 3 modules = 20€/month. Additional locations: flat 10€/month each.

4.2 Billing

• Subscription is billed at the start of each period
• Prices may change with 30-day notice
• Taxes apply according to your jurisdiction
• In case of upgrade, the difference is calculated proportionally (pro-rated) for remaining days

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

5.1 Cancellation by User

• You can cancel your subscription anytime from account settings
• Access continues until the end of the paid period
• No refunds for the current period. You have 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion.

5.2 Cancellation by Us

We may suspend or close your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You use the Service for illegal activities
• You fail to pay for more than 30 days

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may NOT:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Resell or rent the Service
• Reverse engineer the software

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• iService Manager, logo, and brand are property of iService.me d.o.o.
• You retain full ownership of your data
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• You grant us a limited license solely to store, copy (backup) and display your data for the purpose of providing the Service

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be 100% bug-free or without interruptions. This Service is an internal management tool and does not replace a fiscal cash register or any legally required invoicing system.
• We are NOT liable for indirect or consequential damages, including financial losses from calculation errors
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months

9. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue certain features of the Service to improve performance or security. Users will be notified 14 days in advance of significant changes.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent court in Ulcinj/Podgorica.
